I have helped many patients with gel/trays that i have made for them and for some i have recommended over the counter products. In US in order to graduate from dental school you need to see patients last 2 years. brownish stainīasically i am almost an dentist. as you can see in some Asians who have immigrated to united states who were on tetracycline (antibiotic) in some point of their life which causes staining of teeth. What do i mean staining inside the tooth, which is basically a tetracycline stain. If the staining on your teeth in on the top of the tooth you will get results within weeks.īut if you have staining inside the tooth you will see results in 6 months. basically upper 6-7 or lower 6-7 teeth which is good enough in my opinion. Now the disadvantage to the strips are it will only cover anterior teeth which means its only long enough to fit from one canine to another. Basically if you do something else which you have no clue about you will risk your teeth which is not worth it save 35 dollars. Hyrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide need to be diluted enough safe levels and needs to be on your teeth for a certain period of time to penetrate at a safe level which the over the counter stips provide. So your best and safest bet is to buy the strips here is the reason why. Just rinsing with hydrogen peroxide DOES NOT whiten teeth.ĭO NOT PUT STRAWBERRY ON YOUR TEETH, it has sugar and if you leave it on long enough the bacteria in your mouth will stick to the teeth and and form plaque and cause all sorts of problems do not do it. Yes hydrogen peroxide does whiten teeth, but here is the bad side, if you do not dilute to an extremely low percentage you will get side effects and wont white teeth but it will make it very sensitive to cold and hot. you can really f up your kidney.ĭo not rinse with hydrogen peroxide or any mouth wash to get your teeth whited. there are many toxic agents and even bacteria might be present in it.
